Fitness Classes and Pricing
We offer outdoor boot camp workouts, as well as personal training, throughout the year at various locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
It is strongly recommended that new members begin with a full six-week session that meets four days per week, in order to get a feel for the different types of workouts we offer, as well as the increase in workout intensity that occurs over the course of each six-week session. You'll achieve optimal results by attending four days per week.
You may sign-up and pay for classes using our online registration and payment system below. While we strive to make each purchase as seamless as possible, you may contact us at email@example.com if you have any issues with your transaction. NO BOOTCAMP CLASSES:
November 26-27th - Thanksgiving
December 24-26th - Christmas Holdiay
Can't make our scheduled times or locations? Not a problem. Select your trainer, location, training emphasis, and time. You can invite one or two other people and split the cost. Learn more.
If you miss a class during the week, you may attend our Saturday Baker Beach workout as a make-up. If you would like to attend another class, please contact us to make arrangements. We do not refund or credit missed classes toward another session.
