Krstic, koi FITNESS has helped hundreds of people
get into great shape and improve their lives for many years.
koi FITNESS is a year-round outdoor exercise program that
is divided into six-week sessions. We meet four days a week
for one hour per class. More than just a typical boot camp
workout, we combine outdoor fitness and exercise instruction
with nutritional counseling and a supportive community to
help you achieve the results you want.
What differentiates our program from other boot camps is
the quality of our workouts: they are challenging, yet motivating,
and they deliver results.
We cover all key areas of fitness, including cardio, strength,
endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility. Each workout
focuses on a different fitness area and muscle group, so
it will keep you engaged and promote continual growth.
They bring their different fitness backgrounds to create
varied, engaging, and innovative workouts.
We provide nutritional counseling so you can
safely and effectively lose weight, build muscle, and
feel great.
We train in small groups, and it's a great way to make
new friends.
