  • OUr Non Run group Class!

    Koi Fitness is happy to announce our NEW Specialty Class (specialty classes are treated different than our standard weekly classes) Please inquire more by emailing our Program Manager - at admin@koifitness.com with any specifics about the specialty classes. This class is a great option for those that are unable to run due to aching knees or hips, those new to exercise and looking for a non-run option,and those that prefer to run on their own time but want a nice push.  Expect a fair amount of core work, resistance training, cone work, medicine balls, and many other tools we use to ramp up your metabolism, burn some fat, shape your muscles nicely, and leave you feeling great the rest of your day!  Beginners are welcome and will be treated appropriately, while more advanced will be pushed to their own limits.

    During Session 6 or 7, we welcome new members to try a week of night classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm with no obligation to pay if you don't register this Session.
